Please enter via Brown Gate and have your trade passes ready to show.

The Morgan Factory Tours will commence at 10:20 and will run three sessions for three groups at 10-minute intervals. Pre-booked only, so please don’t arrive without a ticket.

Those camping or joining us for the Friday evening entertainment can access from 14:00. No early admittance will be granted. Please have your ticket ready to scan.

Our Drone Racers will be flying just for fun to practice for this weekend’s championship round in Severn Hall.

You can book a ride in the famous Triumph TR2 sports car known as ‘TS2’ to experience 1950s motoring. All proceeds go to our official charity partner for the weekend - Macmillan Cancer Support.

SITE MAP
• Access to the show ground opens Friday 14th August at 14: 00
• Vacate the site before it closes 09.00 on Monday morning.
Comply with instructions given by the camping marshals.
• Speed limit 5mph.
• Keep at least 3 metres between tents/ Campers/ Motorhomes/ Caravans.
• No Firepits or open fires.
• No barbecues of any type.
• No Fireworks or Chinese Lanterns.
• No Drones.
• No Generators
• No vehicle movements between 23.00 and 08.00.
• No noise between 00.00 and 08.00.
• Use waste bins provided.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION
Fire risk
Due to the extreme drought conditions currently being experienced in the Midlands, the ground around the show ground presents an extreme fire risk. Therefore, regrettably, there has been a restriction placed on naked flames. Therefore, no BBQs will be permitted during the event. Gas stoves may be used, but must be elevated off the ground on a suitable table or platform.
Emergency Information
Emergency First Aid/Fire staff will be on-site 24 hours a day throughout the weekend. They will be located next to the Friesian Pavilion (6 on the site plan) and can be contacted by telephone by calling Rayne Sutcliffe 07974-711204. These details are also displayed on the safety notices around the site.
In a Medical emergency, contact the first aid/fire staff. In the unlikely event of no response, call 999.
In the case of fire, telephone 999 immediately.
The emergency services should be directed to enter through the main entrance: Yellow Gate.
Please proceed to Yellow Gate, where security will be permanently staffed throughout the weekend. Inform gate staff as soon as possible.
Security
The halls will be locked outside of trade show hours. No entry from members of the public will be permitted until the official opening of the trade show on Saturday morning. Security guards will be on duty inside the trade hall and showground throughout the weekend.

Safeguarding
Chris Thirtle Tel: 07701 074856 will act as our Safeguarding Official during the weekend. A lost child/vulnerable adult meeting point will be co-located with the first aid point located by the Friesian Pavilion. Parents, guardians, or carers of any children and vulnerable adults are responsible for supervising those children and vulnerable adults in their care and must do so at all times while attending the event.
Wi-Fi
There is free Wi-Fi service throughout the showground, although users may experience fluctuations in signal strength from area to area.
