HOW TO BOOK AS A CLUB MEMBER with a code

IF YOU HAVE A CLUB BOOKING CODE - YOU WILL RECEIVE A FURTHER DISCOUNT. WE ALSO USE THAT BOOKING CODE TO ALLOCATE YOUR PARKING SPACE ON THE CORRECT CLUB STAND

HOW TO BOOK IF YOU HAVE A CODE:

  1. ENTER THE BOOKING CODE FIRST IN THE PROMO CODE BOX AT THE VERY TOP OF THE FORM BELOW.

  2. CLUB TICKETS WILL THEN BE UNLOCKED FOR WEEKEND ADMISSION, ADMISSION WITH CAMPING AND DAY TICKETS. THOSE TICKETS WILL APPEAR AT THE TOP OF THE TICKET LIST, WILL HAVE (CLUB) AT THE START OF THE NAME, AND A LITTLE ‘UNLOCKED’ PADLOCK ICON SHOWING. THE PRICE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTED.

  3. SELECT WHICH TICKETS AND QUANTITY YOU REQUIRE AND THEN CLICK CHECKOUT

  4. SELECT YOUR CLUB NAME THAT THE CODE IS FOR IN THE DROPDOWN LIST AND TELL US WHAT CAR YOU ARE BRINGING

  5. ENTER PAYMENT DETAILS

  6. YOUR TICKET WILL BE SHOWN WHEN PAYMENT CLEARS, AND YOU WILL BE EMAILED A LINK FROM ‘EVENTBRITE’ WHICH YOU CAN PRINT OR SHOW ON A SMART DEVICE UPON ARRIVAL FOR SCANNING.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

    If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, you may submit a written refund request. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the organiser’s discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

    Where a refund is approved, it will be issued minus the applicable administration fee. The administration fee covers payment processing and event management costs and is non-refundable.

    Refund requests must be submitted no later than 30 days before the event date. No refunds will be considered after this deadline.

    If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund (excluding any non-recoverable third-party booking fees, if applicable) will be issued automatically.

    If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 10 days of the announcement. Approved refunds will be issued minus the administration fee.

  • Yes, but they must be on a. lead at all times. Dogs are not permitted in the motorsport zone.

  • Yes, it is - simply add it when you book your tickets. All campers choosing an electric hookup will be required to park in a special camping area called Blackmore Park within the showground.

  • Yes, under-16s get free entry to the event, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are attending with under-16s, just tell us how many under ‘add-ons’ when you book - and we will add them to your ticket.

  • Car Club Fest is run as a non-profit event. Any surplus is distributed amongst the participating clubs to help offset their costs of attending and a donation is made towards our official charity partners, Macmillan.

  • Yes, please contact us and we will find you a role. Those who volunteer for more than two hours qualify for a free ticket. Email Lesley Swain at events@tr-register.co.uk

  • Yes, there are - not only do we have all the facilities on site that are built into the Three Counties Showground, but extra toilets centrally located will also be provided.

  • Yes, there will be an ability scooter hire at a cost. You can book this directly with our provider. The site is access-friendly throughout.
