UK’s boldest new show brings clubs, owners and enthusiasts together for a family - friendly festival weekend like no other!
Classic cars and vintage vehicles to cutting-edge restomods and modern classics, everyone is welcome!
Celebrating clubs
Built around the theme Stronger Together, Car Club Fest brings together more than 40 car clubs from across the UK, covering everything from vintage classics and post-war favourites through to modern performance cars and restomods. The result is variety on a scale that rewards a full day’s exploring — or a whole weekend if you choose to make a break of it.
Three Zones, One Big Weekend
At the heart of the event is the Club Zone, where club displays are supported by a live-action arena hosting interviews, presentations and discussions. It’s a space designed not just for looking, but for listening and engaging — ideal for anyone who enjoys the stories behind the cars as much as the metal itself.
The Trade Zone broadens the appeal further. Alongside traditional autojumble stalls and specialist suppliers, visitors will find restorers, parts businesses and a wide mix of arts, crafts and fashion.
Action comes courtesy of the Motorsport Zone, where AutoSolo and AutoTest competitors will be battling for class honours throughout the weekend. For those who prefer finesse over outright speed, a CarKhana adds a more measured form of competition.

LIVE ARENA & MOTOR SHOW
Experience high-energy stunt displays with our Extreme Bike Battle display, grassroots motorsport and a live arena with expert commentary and interviews across the weekend. Twice a day we will run a Moving Motor Show so you can see the cars in action. Our birds of prey displays will wow the kids as well, with majestic birds putting on an amazing, educational show.

Our AutoSolo and AutoTest competitors will battle it out for class trophies! There will also be a CarKhana for those who enjoy more sedate competition.

MORGAN FACTORY VISIT
Visit the home of the Morgan sports car with our guided factory tour. Pre-book only and takes place on the Friday of the event.
DOG SHOW
Don’t let your pet miss out on all the action! Like a mini ‘Crufts’, our dog show celebrates our pooches with a just-for-fun competition that will be a joy to watch and take part in.
COACH TRIPS TO WORCESTER
Leaving on Saturday morning and returning in the afternoon, this trip will allow you to explore the historic city for some retail therapy or sightseeing.
EXTREME BIKE BATTLE
Our breathtaking stunt show on two wheels will see the Extreme Bike Battle entertaining the crowds with their daredevil stunts. This is the premier stunt bike display team in the UK!
BIRDS OF PREY DISPLAYS
From majestic Eagles to graceful owls, voracious vultures and high-flying hawks. Learn about these magnificent birds from their expert handler and see them soar high above the arena throughout the weekend with amazing displays.

Our expert commentators make your car the star with fascinating insight into motoring history and interviews with owners, celebrity guests and experts. Twice a day, the arena will switch to a Moving Motor Show format where cars will be brought to life and seen, heard, and smelled!

Calling all clubs - book your stand now
All UK-based car clubs are invited to showcase their clubs, cars, and members at this festival to celebrate all that’s brilliant about car clubs and their members.
Who is this new show for?
The event aims to provide a venue for all the UK’s historic vehicle clubs to hold their national weekends together in a festival format. Clubs will be allocated a FREE trade pitch display space where they can promote membership, merchandise and more. Each club will retain and celebrate its own identity and vehicles at this collaborative event. If you need space for an AGM, want to run an AutoSOLO or a concours event, we can also cater to those needs.
When you are accepted for a free club display pitch, your club will receive a discount code, and your members will be able to book tickets at a cheaper rate. There are massive savings for early bird tickets for these codes. These codes also track how much commission your club will receive and where your members will be allocated to park on the day.
Please note: There are no free passes for display vehicles on club pitches. The event is not accepting applications from local regions unless it is accompanied by a note from the national club's head office authorising them to display on the national club's behalf. Displaying clubs will also be asked to provide evidence of public liability cover of at least £5m.
Where does the money go?
The event is run on a not-for-profit basis. If a surplus is made, then it will be distributed back to the participating clubs as a commission based on tickets sold.
